Vegan Chocolate Cherry Maca Smoothie

There's so many great breakfast options out there, but in my opinion, nothing beats a green maca smoothie for breakfast. Smoothies are awesome because it's so easy to pack them full of nutrient-dense food, and fit in things you may normally not consume by themselves.
This is my breakfast every morning. I love the taste of chocolate + cherry together! Plus, the maca gives it a nice flavor (note, I only do maca every OTHER day!). I like Arbonne's Chocolate Protein Shake Mix- to be honest, it's the only vegan protein powder I've found that doesn't taste like chalk!
Ingredients:

1/3 cup frozen dark red cherries

1 cup spinach

1+ cup almond or cashew milk (I tend to go with 1.5-2 cups because I like my maca smoothie more liquidy)

1 tsp cacao nibs
Optional (but highly recommended!)

1/2 scoop powdered fiber of choice (I use this one)
Blend all ingredients well in a high-power blender and enjoy immediately! Note- if your cherries are not frozen, that's fine- but you might want to add a few ice cubes so your smoothie is cold!
